No upfront cost, nothing to sell door to door and no money to collect. Your supporters shop your own fundraiser page, and we handle the orders, shipping and customer service.

Ongoing fundraisers are paid monthly by the 15th. Set-date fundraisers are paid within 14 days after the end date.

    Fill out the application and upload your logo and W-9. We review every application and reply within a few business days.

    Get your page

    We build your own fundraiser page with your logo, story and goal at kingandco.us/fundraiser/your-name.

    Share it

    Share your link. Supporters shop candles, melts, soaps, lotions, sprays and more.

  4. 04

    Get paid

    Your group earns 40% of every purchase, paid by ACH with an itemized sales report.

The Fine Print

Fundraiser Terms

Your share

40% of every purchase made through your fundraiser page, on any product and at any price. The share is figured on the product price after any discounts and doesn't include shipping, sales tax or gift cards.

Cost to your group

None. No upfront fees, no minimum to start and no inventory to buy or hold.

How supporters buy

Supporters order and pay at kingandco.us through your fundraiser page. King & Country Candle Co. collects all payments, fills and ships every order, and handles customer service.

How sales are credited

Purchases made from your fundraiser page are credited to your group automatically. Your page shows the amount raised and items sold, updated daily.

Payout: ongoing fundraisers

Paid monthly, by the 15th of each month, for all credited sales in the previous calendar month.

Payout: set-date fundraisers

Paid once, within 14 days after your fundraiser's end date, for all credited sales during the fundraiser.

Sales report

Every payout includes an itemized report of the credited orders.

Returns and cancellations

Orders that are cancelled or refunded aren't counted toward your share.

W-9 required

A completed W-9 for the organization is required for tax purposes before a fundraiser can be approved and go active. Only organizations with a valid W-9 are accepted as fundraisers.

Payout method

All payouts are made by ACH bank transfer to the organization's bank account, payable to the organization's legal name as shown on its W-9.

Approval

Fundraisers are reviewed and approved by King & Country Candle Co. Approved groups are shown as a "Verified Fundraiser" on their page. We may pause or end a fundraiser page that's inactive or misused, and any earned share is still paid.
