Shipping policy

We strive to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying our candles without delay! Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Please note that once your package leaves our facility and is handed over to the postal service or carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility. You will receive tracking information upon shipment to monitor your package's progress. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we recommend using the provided tracking details to stay updated on delivery.
